Barking Mad Predictor has not launched yet. Right now the only personal data we collect through this website is an email address, if you choose to give us one so we can tell you when the game opens. This notice covers exactly that and nothing else.
A fuller privacy policy covering accounts, picks, scores and the leaderboard will be published here before the game opens, and before anyone can register.

We are the data controller, which means we decide what is collected and what it is used for, and we are legally responsible for looking after it.

That is the entire list. No name, no date of birth, no address, no payment details. Joining the waiting list does not create an account.
Consent. You ticked a box to join. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.
We will send you one email, when the game opens. That is what you agreed to and that is all we will do with your address.
We will not send you tips, previews, offers or anything else off the back of joining this list, and we will not add you to a marketing list because of it. If you later register and want those things, that is a separate choice you make at signup.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Two providers process it on our instructions, under contract:

This page itself is hosted by Vercel, which serves it from servers around the world as any website does. Your email address is sent from your browser straight to Supabase and is not stored or processed by our own server code.
Where data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by legally recognised safeguards to a standard equivalent to UK law.
Until 30 days after we launch and send the announcement email, then we delete it. Sooner if you ask us to.
There is none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no cookie banner because we do nothing that would need your consent. This page loads no content from any other company: the fonts and the logo come from our own servers, so simply visiting does not tell anyone else that you were here.
